RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Sale items are not eligible for returns. All other eligible items must be returned within 14 days in their original condition with a completed Return Form. If you need a replacement Return Form, email us, including your order number, at shop@softgoodsconcern.com. Unless the item is received damaged, customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. Please note: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your return total if no exchange is made.

Once items are received, refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Funds are typically available within 2-4 business days. Soft Goods Concern does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery. Delivery charges are not refunded for unsuccessful delivery attempts.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, or the incorrect product is received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at shop@softgoodsconcern.com with your order number and a prepaid return label will be provided to you.

Please ship the item back to us within 48 hours. Once received, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Funds are typically returned to the account within 1-2 business days after processing.
