SHIPPING POLICY
While we do our best to process orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday), please allow 2-4 business days for your order to ship. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the next open business day.
We ship within the continental United States, using UPS Ground as our standard method. Please allow 7-10 days from the date of shipment for delivery. If you would like to receive your order sooner, please contact us at shop@softgoodsconcern.com. Note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses, as we use UPS.
Soft Goods Concern provides delivery of merchandise through a variety of third-party delivery services. SGC acts solely as a facilitator between the customer and the delivery service and is not an agent for either party; therefore, we assume no liability for the delivery service. However, if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will coordinate a replacement or refund based on circumstances (see our Return Policy for more information).
*Shipping rates to certain regions may vary. Oversized items may require additional handling fees. If there is a significant difference in shipping charges, you will be notified before your order ships and must approve any additional charges.
